Lead time

 

Please understand that every single piece is handmade by Shek so lead times are currently 3 business days. We do not stock any of our pieces and each piece is carefully crafted for you. This means that it could take 3 business days from when your order is placed until the day your order is completed for it to be shipped.

 

Returns

 

We know how hard it is to find swimwear that fits you perfectly (trust Shek, it’s the reason why she started this business in the first place). This is why returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order for store credit only. Please reach out to us first and let us know what the issue is.

  2. Unworn and unwashed

  3. Original tags attached

 

The following are non-returnable

  3. Items that were custom-made to your measurements.

 

We do not offer refunds for incorrect sizing or change of mind.

As each piece is handmade, there will and may be instances where a bikini is faulty. In the event of a faulty swimsuit please email shekkinicollection@gmail.com with your name, order number and photos of the faulty swimsuit within 7 days of delivery so we can arrange an exchange, store credit or refund!

Domestic

All domestic (Australia-wide) orders are sent via Australia Parcel Post with a standard delivery time of 2-5 days. Standard delivery is free for orders over $100.

 

Express Post is an additional flat rate fee of $11 and are sent via Australia Post with an express delivery time of 1-3 days. You can choose this option at check out.

Orders from New Zealand are sent via Australia Post with a standard delivery time of 5-12 business days with a flat rate shipping fee of $18.

Orders from the USA and Canada are sent via Australia Post with a standard delivery time of 5-12 business days with a flat rate shipping fee of $25.

 

UK and Europe

Orders from the UK and Europe are sent via Australia Post with a standard delivery time of 5-12 business days with a flat rate shipping fee of $25.

 

Asia & Pacific

Orders from New Zealand are sent via Australia Post with a standard delivery time of 5-12 business days with a flat rate shipping fee of $25.

 

Rest of the World

Orders from regions not mentioned above are sent via Australia Post with a standard delivery time of 5-12 business days with a flat rate shipping fee $40.
